CLEAN METADATA / THE DETAILS
Let’s keep
the details clear.
Found an issue or have a question about the cleaner?
Contact address
hello@example.com
Placeholder address. This is not a monitored Clean Metadata support inbox. A real contact address needs to be configured before public launch. Do not send files or personal information to this address.
Reporting a problem
When a working contact channel is available, useful details include the file format, browser and operating system, the action you tried and the error message. Avoid sending private filenames, metadata values or file contents. A small, non-sensitive sample you created is preferable if a reproduction is needed.
For now, the format and cleanup explanation and PDF limitations may answer your question. This static site has no contact form or form backend.
